The Empyreal Cabinet (Japanese: 天傍台閣, Hepburn: Tembo Daikaku) is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Fumiji Yuba, known for their one-shots Ō no Utsuwa and Kuniga Masamune no Junan. The series began serialization in Shounen Jump Plus on August 16, 2024, and is being simultaneously published on MANGAPlus alongside its official release.

The Empyreal Cabinet is the governing body of the Tatsushimo-Marebito Special Administrative District, also known as the "Eastern Enchantment."

This district was established after a significant event in history where Spellcasters, individuals who master Mystical Powers, protested for independence. The protest, called The Spellcasters Independence Revolution, led to the creation of this homeland for Spellcasters within the Imperial capital of Yashima. The Empyreal Cabinet is at the heart of political power and influence within this district, becoming a focal point for intense power struggles among the Spellcasters who reside there.
