- LDH JAPAN and Thailand's entertainment company 4NOLOGUE signs a partnership agreement
- On March 21, LDH JAPAN announced that the agency signed a partnership with the Thai agency 4NOLOGUE. As part of the agreement, the acts from both agencies will be doing collaborations and will be also appearing in concerts and festivals in both Japan and Thailand.

- GENERATIONS member Katayose Ryota announces his marriage to actress Tsuchiya Tao, and that the couple is expecting their first child

- ATSUSHI to resume activities as an active EXILE member
- On December 21, at the final concert of the EXILE LIVE TOUR 2022 "POWER OF WISH" ~Christmas Special~, ATSUSHI announced that he would be returning to be a full time EXILE member after the conclusion of the tour. ATSUSHI previously announced on November 2, 2020 that he would be retiring from his position as a vocalist of EXILE to focus on his solo career.

- Three new members added to GEKIDAN EXILE
- On November 1, it was announced that the actors Shiono Akihisa, Maeda Kentaro and Sakurai Yuki joined as new members of GEKIDAN EXILE on October 31. It was also announced that the three members would be participating of the BOOK ACT 2023 NEW YEAR SPECIAL scheduled to be held in 2023.

- Acceptance of new members to the current fanclub service will go on until October 31, 2022, and current members can renew their membership until January 31, 2023. The current fanclub service will operate until January 31, 2024.
- October 26 Update: With more details about the new fanclub service being unveiled, it was revealed that exclusive benefits and contents of the concurrent EXILE members (namely NAOTO, Kobayashi Naoki, Iwata Takanori, Shirahama Alan, Sekiguchi Mandy, Sekai and Sato Taiki) will be provided to their respective groups only.

- BALLISTIK BOYZ and PSYCHIC FEVER to hold a joint Musha Shugyo in Thailand
- On May 11, LDH JAPAN announced that the agency signed a partnership with the Thai agency HIGH CLOUD ENTERTAINMENT with the aim of transmitting entertainment from Asia to the world through cultural exchange between Japan and Thailand. As the first project of this partnership, BALLISTIK BOYZ and PSYCHIC FEVER will be moving their activity base to Thailand from August until January 2023, with rapper F.HERO (HIGH CLOUD ENTERTAINMENT's founder) being their general producer during this period. It was also decided that both groups will be making a special appearance at the Thai Festival 2022, hosted by the Embassy of Thailand in Tokyo, on May 15.

- GENERATIONS member Kazuhara Ryuto rediagnosed with COVID-19
- On January 15, LDH reported that Kazuhara was diagnosed with COVID-19 and, as result, he would be absent from the live streaming of the GENERATIONS Koukou TV show held in the same day. This is the second time he was diagnosed with the virus, with the first being in August 2020.
