Gremlins is a 1984 horror comedy film directed by Joe Dante and horror franchise produced and distributed by Warner Bros. Pictures.
On Christmas, a teenager discovers a small, seemingly harmless, creature that comes with special instructions to never be broken. The creature, no matter how careful he is, soon get out of hand, and unleashed to the town are dangerous monsters that bring upon terror and chaos. Originally created and written by Chris Columbus, with a film adaptation directed by Joe Dante and executive produced by Steven Spielberg. This wiki covers all versions of the Gremlins concept, including movies, novels, television series, and spin-offs.
