With the state-of-the-art MS that were introduced one after another by BESPA, the League Militaire was also required to create a force to stand against them from the bottom-up. Although the development of the LM314V21 V2 Gundam, a multiple MS, was successful, production of the Minovsky Drive could not keep up with adjustments of the actual machine, so a plan was drawn up to modify the machine by diverting the additional parts developed for the LM314V21 into the LM111E02 Gun-EZ. Since it was difficult to use additional beam weapons with the generator output of the base machine, the generator was replaced with an overtail unit that applied some of the Minovsky Drive technology. However, problems with the strength of the airframe arose, so various parts were improved, and the end product was the base unit, the LM112E06 Gunsmasher.
The LM112E07/08 Assault-Buster Gunsmasher is the completed form of the maintenance plan, and like the LM314V23 V2 Buster Gundam, the backpack has a Mega Beam Cannon for long-range support and Spray Beam Pod equipment for interception. It was planned to equip the right arm with a high-power beam rifle developed from the practical data of the Mega Beam Rifle, and an enhanced beam shield on the left arm.

History
It was supposed to be deployed to the White Ark, but due to the dizzying changes in the battlefield and the timing of the Battle of Angel Halo, it was not deployed in time.
