• Mobile Suit Gundam: Bonds of the Battlefield

The MS-06T Zaku Trainer Type is a mobile suit used for training by the Principality of Zeon. It first appeared in Mobile Suit Gundam: Bonds of the Battlefield.

Technology & Combat Characteristics

In order to familiarize new recruits with the new weapon of the Zeon army, the mass-produced MS-06F Zaku II was modified to become a training machine. Its cockpit was converted to a double-seat type, and an extra mono-eye was installed in the chest. Also, in consideration of battles with Federation MS, luminous bumpers were attached to each part of the body, and were used for concealment training.

Armaments

• Shoulder Shield

Mounted on the right shoulder, it is a simple defense used to block most physical projectiles.

• M-120A1 120mm Machine Gun

The same portable firearm used by the Zaku II F-Type. It can switch between semi-automatic and automatic fire. Although useless against Luna Titanium Alloy, it can still destroy weaker armor material with multiple shots. It fires 120mm caliber rounds that are stored in a 100-rounds drum magazine.
