Synopsis

Marriagetoxin follows the story of Hikaru Gero—a hitman who specializes in poisoning and is member of a clan of assassins—and Mei Kinosaki—a female-looking cross-dressing man who acts as a marriage swindler—as they join forces and work together to prevent the former's clan from fading into nonexistence by helping him get married and have a child, all while Gero and Kinosaki slowly develop feelings for and fall in love with each other.
