Mononoke (モノノ怪) is a 2007 Japanese animated TV series by Toei Entertainment, and a spinoff of the Bakeneko arc of an earlier anthology series Ayakashi: Samurai Horror Tales. It follows the enigmatic Medicine Seller as he investigates and exorcises lingering spirits, the titular Mononoke.
