Airliners are large passenger aircraft that are operated by airlines intended for carrying multiple passengers (or cargo) in commerical service. Most modern airliners have high passenger capacity though lower speeds (exception with the Concorde.)
Cargo aircraft are airplanes specifically designed and used for transporting goods and freight, rather than passengers. They typically have a larger cargo hold and are equipped with loading and unloading systems for efficient transportation of goods.
Light Aircraft are among the smallest within the game. Many of these aircraft are commonly bought by aviators wanting their own aircraft to fly.
Aircraft designed for military purposes introduced during or after 1970. These aircraft are commonly seen in modern fleets and in modern conflicts.
Aircraft designed for military purposes introduced before 1970. These aircraft were used in historical conflical conflicts like WWI, WII, Vietnam though some of these are still in active service to this day.
Amphibious aircraft are airplanes that are designed to take off and land on both land and water. They are typically equipped with floats or hulls that allow them to operate in a variety of environments, making them useful for search and rescue missions, firefighting, and military operations. To spawn and fly these aircraft, the user must have the Seaplane Package pass.
Helicopters are rotary-wing aircraft that are capable of vertical takeoff and landing, and hovering in place. They are widely used for a variety of purposes, including transportation, search and rescue, firefighting, and military operations.
These are random aircraft that don't fit within the other categories.
These aircraft possess the ability to refuel most modern military jet aircraft while in flight.
Airport ground vehicles are specialized vehicles that are used to service and maintain aircraft on the ground. They include baggage carts, fuel trucks, catering trucks, and maintenance vehicles, among others, and play a critical role in the efficient operation of airports.
To find all the islands, go here!
These are the largest airports in game, they allow the players to spawn every aircraft in the game (exceptions with airport/location specific aircraft.) Due to their size, they're usually the airports that most players will takeoff and land at.
These airports cannot handle larger aircraft like the A380 or 747. While some of them may still be considered international airports (Paphos is technically an international airport.) They're widely regarded and seen as regional airports in most cases by the community.
These airports and airfields are the smallest in the game. Due to their small sizes, they require (STOL) aircraft that are able to takeoff from the small runways.
These airports are specifically intended for military aircraft, these can be used to have more accurate military roleplays. The airports are too small to spawn larger aircraft like airliners or cargo aircraft.
These are specifically intended for amphibious aircraft and are located on the coast of islands. They cannot spawn/support any other aircraft (apart from Helicopters.)
These stations are specifically designed with the use of the Coast Guard Bundle gamepass. These Coast Guard Stations are the only place where the Rescue RHIB can be spawned at.
