About the Game
Launched on November 14, 2018, Rise of Nations, created and developed by Hyperant, is a real-time strategy and world conquest game focused on politics, geography, and strategy. Players begin by choosing a nation and mobilizing their economy, military, and industry. Then, proceed to declare wars, form alliances, research technologies, and secure national interests. Leverage the military to invade others for their resources, land, and wealth, or form historical giants, like the
Soviet Union, by uniting conquered territory under one flag. Lead a nation, alter the globe, and rise to a dominant superpower on the world stage.

New Features
- Missions will now appear in the profile view and will be saved upon completion.
- The formable/mission search now allows searching for countries with available formables/missions by prefacing the search with !.
- Clicking on a formable flag in the formable list will now select all required cities for that formable.
- Military leaders now have icons to better distinguish between different types.
- Deputies of civilian leaders can now be promoted. This replaces a corrupt leader with a non-corrupt one at a reduced level, but only if the leader's rank is 3 or higher.
- Military leader level-up upgrades will now stack instead of each promotion overwriting previous upgrades.
- Airport cost summaries are now more accurate.

Changes
- The money gained from selling to the internal market will now scale with how much of the demand is fulfilled. Consequently, selling way over your internal demand will lead to diminishing returns
- The Internal Market UI in the trade demand now shows demand
- Consumer goods, Copper, Oil and Titanium now give minor buffs when demand is fulfilled

- The Internal Market: You can now sell resources to your own internal market within the country for a small percentage (15%) of the resource's base value. You can also receive minor modifiers that scale based on how much you are selling relative to internal resource demand.

- The Massed Attack doctrine tree now grants reduced war exhaustion gain from troop losses.
- Downfall Initiative infantry manpower cost reduced from 0.7x → 0.5x.
- Advanced Training ground attack bonus against entrenched and fortified units slightly decreased.
- Blitzkrieg's ground attack modifier against entrenched and fortified units slightly decreased.
- Lightning Offensive entrenchment debuff increased.
- Elastic Defense and Maginot Theory attack bonus against non-entrenched units changed to attack bonus against entrenched units.
- Reduced the attack power against entrenched and fortified units, including military leader traits, doctrines, and operations.
- The Mass Paradrop doctrine under Manoeuvre Warfare now has an increased Transport Aircraft Embarkment Speed modifier.

- New Ground Leader Trait: "Bunker Buster" – Grants additional attack power against entrenched and fortified units.
- New Military Operation: "Deep Battle Theory" – Similarly to the Bunker Buster, it grants additional attack power against entrenched and fortified units. However, it reduces attack power against non-entrenched units.
Changes
- Combined Bombardment (in the Manoeuvre Warfare doctrine) provides a military power discount to the Deep Battle Theory.
- Panzer Commander trait now increases tank attack power against entrenched and fortified units.
- The Blitzkrieg modifier under the Lightning Warfare operation now includes attack bonuses against both fortified and entrenched units, but not as powerful as the Deep Battle Theory.
- Static Lines doctrine now has attack penalties against entrenched units.
- Ground Specialization, Manoeuvre Warfare, and Aerial Close Air Support doctrines now provide various levels of attack bonuses against entrenched and fortified units.
- Elastic Defense and Maginot Theory operations now impose attack penalties against non-entrenched units.
