Dark Times—Out of the Wilderness 3

Dark Times—Out of the Wilderness 3, also titled with the legacy numbering Republic 103, is the third issue of the Legends comic book miniseries Star Wars: Dark Times—Out of the Wilderness. It was written by Randy Stradley, illustrated by Douglas Wheatley and Dan Jackson, and first published by Dark Horse Comics on November 30, 2011.

Publisher's summary

Caged fury! Desert raiders have captured Ember Chankeli, only to discover they have a tiger who can't be tamed! Worse for them: they have a Jedi on their trail!

Plot summary

PART THREE (of FIVE) 
Darth Vader's prisoner—a crew member of the outlaw
vessel Uhumele—was murdered in his cell, and the killer
searched the Imperial databanks for information on
Jedi Dass Jennir. Believing the assassin my lead him
to Jennir, Darth Vader is determined to find the
mystery man.

Following clues of their own as to Jennir's location, the
crew of the Uhumele and their new Jedi companion,
Beyghor Sahdett, arrived on Vondarc, where they
infiltrated an Imperial guard post while searching for
additional information.

Meanwhile, having crash-landed on Prine and spent
weeks crossing the hostile wasteland, Jennir and his
droid H2 have a new challenge: rescue their companion,
Ember Chankeli—who has been captured by desert
pirates…
