Mycho Zala

Mycho Zala was a Zekodoan[1] prospector during the High Republic Era. He was an associate of Jedi Master Zia Zaldor Zana and friend of the Jedi Order, and met Jedi Initiate Kai Brightstar and Tenoo pilot Nash Durango on Tatooine around 233 BBY[3] to receive a hyperdrive capacitor. He was able to speak Galactic Basic and Jawaese, using his skill in the latter language to settle a miscommunication between the two youths and local Jawas.[2]

Behind the scenes

Mycho Zala first appeared in "Kai's Bad Day," an episode of Star Wars: Young Jedi Adventures.[2] According to Matt Martin, Zala's species was created for the series.[4]
