The Shame of Seggor Tels is a short narrative story published in
The Star Wars Sourcebook in
1987. The
Quarren Seggor Tels recounts how he betrayed the inhabitants of
Dac to the
Galactic Empire. It was reprinted in the
second edition of the book in
1994.
Plot summary
Seggor Tels recounts his complicity in the subjugation of Dac at the hands of the Galactic Empire due to his hatred of the Mon Calamari. Tels' actions lead to the enslavement of the Mon Calamari and Quarren until the races unite to overthrow the Empire and free their world.[1]
