V-232 artillery emplacement

The Spiezoc V-232 artillery emplacement was an anti-starfighter artillery platform used by the Alliance to Restore the Republic, and later by the Resistance on the planet Crait at the Crait outpost.^[1] They were armed with a large point defense laser cannon capable of taking out enemy starfighters, as well as a twin blaster cannon for anti-personnel use. The V-232 was used against the First Order during their attack on Crait, firing up at attacking First Order starfighters in an effort to repel the enemy forces. They were subsequently destroyed afterwards from multiple attack runs by the First Order's fighter support.^[2]
