- "We thought you went all respectable on us. Should have known better. Trash always floats back to shore."
- ―Wen Delphis, to Just Lucky
Wen Delphis was the leader of the Sixth Kin criminal organization, operating out of the South Stretch Worker's District in the city of Canto Bight[1] on the planet Cantonica.[2]
Biography
By 3 ABY,[3] the Imperial Security Bureau had taken note of Delphis and the Sixth Kin's activities. They noted in their report on Bram Shano that Delphis was the IBS's primary concern on Canto Bight. The Sixth Kin operated a popular nightclub, Club Tarsus, out of the South Stretch Worker's District for which Delphis had an office overlooked the dance floor. Delphis complained to her employees that cryopede were getting into her office through the club's vents.[4] In 3 ABY,[3] She was at a casino during the night that the thief Kay Vess broke into her Club Tarsus office to steal an identichip for herself.[4] Vess used the Canto Cup, a fathier race, as a distraction. Delphis had a fathier that was racing in cup.[4]
Pak, a gambler and the brother of the assassin Just Lucky, became indebted to Delphis, who became impatient when he was unable to pay her back. Having previously assisted Pak with his debt to Delphis, Lucky returned to the Sixth Kin after his employment with the House of Tagge was terminated. Lucky asked Delphis if she had a target for him, intending to carry out a job to pay off Pak's debt.[1]
