Mynocks are a nuisance to space travelers across the galaxy, due to their attraction to energy emitted from spacecraft. They feed by absorbing electric, stellar and electromagnetic energy using their large, gaping mouths, ultimately damaging vital parts of any ship they land on. This can cause issues, like engine or hyperdrive failure. Mynocks reproduce when they have consumed enough energy, eventually splitting into two individual life forms. When there are no passing ships to feed on, they may fly inside near-by space slugs to leech off of their veins and intestines.
