This month's Featured Article is for Toaru Nichijou no Index-san, a 4-koma Toaru manga series illustrated by Mijin Kouka.

A comedic non-canonical manga drawn in four panel strips, it follows various characters from the world of Toaru Majutsu no Index and the humorous shenanigans they encounter during their everyday lives.

Beginning serialization on September 12th 2013, two chapters were released every month, one earlier in the month in the magazine Monthly Shōnen Gangan and one later in the month on the website Gangan Online. It was compiled into five volumes, with the final volume being released on May 21st 2016.

• (September 10, 2024) Voice Actress Shinohara Emi Passed Away: Voice talent management firm 81 Produce announced on Tuesday that voice actress Shinohara Emi died on Sunday. She was undergoing medical treatment for an unspecified illness, but the treatment did not prove effective. She portrayed Misaka Misuzu in the second season of Toaru Majutsu no Index and the third season of Toaru Kagaku no Railgun anime. (Source)
