Sypnosis
A Grand Day Out: Wallace and Gromit are devastated when they discover that they do not have any cheese. With the local corner shop closed for the Bank Holiday, Wallace decides to take a trip to the moon, as "everybody knows the moon is made of cheese." The two build a rocket in Wallace's basement and set off to the moon, thanks to a box of Duck Vestas Matches lighting a 60-second fuse.
The Wrong Trousers: It's Gromit's birthday at 62 West Wallaby Street and Wallace has made him a very strange present. A pair of techno trousers! Wallace's bills seem to have caught up with him and he's got no money, as he spent it all on Gromit's birthday, so he puts a room to let sign in his window hoping to be able to pay off those bills. Later on that day, a mysterious penguin knocks on the door and is looking for a place to stay, for a price of course, so Wallace welcomes him in with open arms, not knowing he just made one of the biggest mistakes of his life...
A Close Shave: At night, a small sheep escapes from a lorry, stopping at the traffic lights, before entering the house of Wallace and Gromit, who are running a window-cleaning business through the dog-flap. Gromit had then ran out of wool whilst knitting a rainbow garment. The next morning, they fail to notice the sheep chewing on their furniture, including the wiring of their porridge gun which causes it to malfunction and cover poor Wallace with porridge before leaving for work, Gromit's dry bone and the wiring of the Knit-O-Matic, which made the machine malfunction and switch to light shave after coming home. They get a call from Wendolene, whose windows need to be cleaned. While there, Wallace falls in love with her, while Preston, Wendolene's sinister dog, grows jealous of Gromit.
Wallace & Gromit: The Curse of the Were-Rabbit: After starting a pest control business, Wallace and Gromit soon land a job from the alluring Lady Tottington to stop a giant rabbit from destroying the town's crops. Both Wallace and the stuffy Victor vie for the lady's affections. If Wallace wants to please his pretty client, and best Victor, he needs to capture that pesky bunny.
A Matter of Loaf and Death: In a mock murder mystery, Wallace and Gromit start a new bakery business. They both learn that bakers have been mysteriously murdered, and Gromit tries to solve the case before Wallace ends up as a victim himself. The short follows the same basic outline as A Close Shave, and in the film Wallace falls in love, with disastrous consequences. He falls for bread enthusiast Piella Bakewell, who used to advertise for a local bread firm, but she turns out to be his worst nightmare. This short also sees Gromit falling in love for the first time, as he becomes attached to Piella's downtrodden poodle, Fluffles, who reciprocates his affection.
Wallace & Gromit: Vengeance Most Fowl: Gromit's concern that Wallace is becoming too dependent on his inventions proves justified when Wallace invents a 'smart gnome' that seems to develop an evil mind of its own. When it emerges that a vengeful figure from the past might be masterminding things, it falls to Gromit to battle sinister forces and save his master… or Wallace may never be able to invent again!
